Description of our house
Our offer is composed of an apartment (40 m2), located in against-low private road and overhanging a garden.
A staircase goes down on a terrace and gives access to the apartment by the kitchen and the living room.
The terrace included a large fixed parasol, a table with six chairs and a chimney B.B.Q.
Space cooks offer two storage units, a refrigerator-freezer, a sink twin-bin, a four fires coker, an gaz owen, a microwawe owen, a coffee machine, kitchen ustensils (pans, stoves, pressure-cooker, dishes of service,…) and crockery for 6 people.
The living room space have a sofa, a table with four chairs and a television.
The bedroom has two beds (a double bed and a simple bed), a large cupboard of arrangement, lamp and clock radio.
The bathroom offers a shower of the cabin type, a wash-hand basin with large mirror, a washing machine, a clothes line, a WC and a filing space.
A small garden, divided with the residents, is composed of a vegetable surface (100m2), of five fruit trees and an external space of plays for children.
We vave some equipments for children (bed, bath, changing mat, bicycle, buoy, boat for children, toys...).

Our neighborhood
We propose our apartment in hiring by week.
We are localised in the residential district, calm and raised Thickets. The house is on the slope of a hill, near the sea, at 3 kilometers of the airport and 5 kilometers of the downtown area.
With proximity:
- The urban freeway, used for fast displacements by car.
- The "avenue de la Californie" with many lines of buses for downtown.
- The borrow of "Carras" with shops, bars and restaurants.
- The "Promenade des Anglais" with 7 km of beach and a cycle track (300 m).
